Here’s the schedule for the first week of practice! Don’t forget the parent meeting on Wednesday night at 7pm

Varsity and Junior Varsity:

monday strength training with Ms. Thibault

tuesday Running Outside – Intervals

wednesday strength training with Ms. Thibault

thursday Running Outside – Intervals

friday – no practice – drop off any ski equiptment that you want to sell at Snowflake

saturday Ski Swap at Snowflake – Practice at Snowflake at 2pm – bring poles for a 5k pole walk

sunday Practice on your own – 45 min run or 1.5 hour roller ski or 2 hour bike. workout on hilly terrain.

Enjoy some footage of the men’s and women’s A- and B-Finals from Saturday’s SuperTour classic sprints hosted by Bozeman, Montanna-based Bridger Ski Foundation and Bohart Ranch. Laura Valaas (APU) claimed victory ahead of US Development Team skier Lindsay Williams, while on the men’s side it was a University of Utah 1-2 with Snorri Einarsson holding off teammate Even Sletten.
