LSC Nordic Ski Meet

Postponed due to poor weather. Race was embedded within the Cook County Invite, held in Grand Marais, MN on Friday, Feb 1, 2008. Results can be found here: Link to Results
Marshall Skiers: Bus Leaves at 11:00 am
Time: Skate boys followed by skate girls—-1:00
Classic boys followed by classic girls (interval starts)—-3:00
Course: This race will include two very challenging courses.
The classic race will be the same that was used in the Proctor Hedin Classic. The skate course will be separate, using parts of the 5K and 10K trails. This is a varsity race, we allow exhibition skiers to race in order to help coaches pick a section team. Please only enter varsity level skiers.
Team: A team is defined as 7 skiers, these skiers will ski both events. Indicate who your team skiers and exhibition skiers are.
Scoring: Scoring is the same as the section and state procedure. The top four skiers (combined time) on each team count for team score.
All-conference team: The top 10 combined time(pursuit) skiers.
Coaches Information
Cost: The LSC will pay for the 7 team skiers (14 for boys and girls). Any exhibition skiers will be charged $5/skier, make checks out to
